The Coptic Orthodox community in Cairns is growing rapidly every year and there are many initiatives the church would like to undertake such as building our church for a permanent place of worship and a large student accommodation to foster our youth in a safe, Coptic environment, among several other services.
At present, we do not have the funds or resources necessary to achieve our goals and look after our Coptic community for many generations to come.
