Welcome to St. Mary and St. Cyril Coptic Orthodox Church in Cairns, QLD; the first-ever Coptic church in Cairns!
Our church had its humble beginnings in 2010 with just a single student and has been growing rapidly ever since.
As of 2023, we have over 50 students and 5 families residing in Cairns for a congregation size of 70 people.

Orthodoxy is not a denomination of Christianity but rather is pre-denominational in that it existed before the splits of Christianity; Orthodox Christians are the original Christians!
